Hi, my name is Shaiyadi. I am a Full-Time Real Estate Agent with M/s Propnex Realty Pte Ltd, a HDB Listed Housing Agency and Singapore's Largest Real Estate Company.
A little about me :
I was with Housing and Development Board (HDB) for more than 10 years, in the Estate & Land Division / Housing Administration Department. As I was progressing in my career, I joined Jones Lang Lasalle, International Property Consultants, and managed one of their many properties. I also worked with MUIS, in their Property Department in sales and leasing of their commercial and private residential properties. With all the above, I have more than 20 years experience in property marketing and management.
